- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely horrible service - my son was brought in via ambulance - not even a vital sign was taken - the triage nurse touched his belly where he had pain and when I asked what she whispered to the paramedic, she snapped "I'm not a doctor". They put my son in a room and not one nurse or doctor came in - I ran him to the washroom multiple times as he was very sick - not even a concern from a nurse or staff member. Once we informed them that we were taking him to the Children's Hospital and requested the paperwork from the paramedics did they show interest. A nurse shows up asking that I let them know when he goes to the bathroom again - we didn't even bother. Packed him up and drove the 50 minutes to the Children's - got A+++++ care there - and we were seen immediately. Good luck at Hôpital du Sûroit - if they didn't even take a second look at a young child brought in by ambulance I don't have high hopes for anyone else they bring in. Disappointing and shameful.
